Like the title says I need an inspection station that is cool with loud exhaust. I have an Ls1/Rx7 with true dual 3" exhuast with sweet thunders on it. Its loud.

I gotta tow the car there anyway because its registered and insured and has no sticker. So it would be a moving violation if I got caught.

I need a place today or tomorrow so any help would be great.

Btw its an 89 so emissions shouldent be an issue.

All the lights work, the horn works, the seatbelts work the parking brake works.

So it should pass other than the exhaust

I dont want to get anyone in trouble so if you could PM me that would be great

No shop is cool with loud exhaust unless you know them.The Gov. is all over the shops nowadays.

like slowhawk said unless you personally know someone most any shop wont even take your car in and just tell you its to loud. best bet would be a shop that likes the custom/older type of vehicles and you may have a chance.

also if its that bad your just gonna get pulled over afterwards at some point anyway and have to fix it

u can try Getty in Goveland MA... guy always passes me... 3" true dual x-pipe with bullets... but then again my father is kinda buddy buddy with the guy... but hes foreign im sure u will have a good chance

Bourne, ma is where the car is and I live in Norwood. I have to trailer the car to any shop anyway.. so I dont mind driving a bit.

The car is a little too loud for even my tastes right now so I'm going to put the dynomax bullets in, in addition to the sweet thunders. Dynomax bullets arent that loud around idle and cruise so I might be able to get away with it. I think part of the problem is also people dont associate my car with "muscle or performance" car. Someone sees a nice F-body come rolling into the shop its supposed to have some ***** to the exhaust note, just like no one blinks twice when a harley comes ripping down the road even though half of those choopers and harleys are just as loud as my car.
