OBDI emissions test in Maryland... ok so here is the deal... ive got a 94 Z28 with the stock headers and cat, i have the AIR pump disconnected because its shot and kept throwing codes, last time i tried to test without he AIR pump it failed, but as soon as it was fixed it passed. its about due again and i use the Elkton test site and they are ****** about stuff! i don't think i could use another site because im assuming the sniffer is the same at every testing place... any advise?
