Default Good shop in Va. for tranny and exhaust install??

I recently ordered a performabuilt level 2 transmission with a 3000 stall converter and stainless steel headers. Is there a shop that won't give me an outrageous price to install. I've called the GM stealership where i live and they wanted 400-500 bucks to install the transmission and stall alone. Is that price outrageous. I'm about an hour from Richmond. Any recommendations out there??
