Anyone know a tinting shop in MA/RI that does 45% Carbon tint, etc.?? Long story short...essentially to get the car inspected, I had to rip the tint off the windows (35% tint but with the 7% factory tint brought it to 28%) this weekend. Both were the only "mod friendly" stations I knew and both of them whipped out the tint meter infront of my face. One station that passed me last year...couldn't this year. The other one said to rip the tint off and he'd get the owner to pass the exhaust....
That being said...does anyone know a shop in MA/RI that will do 45% tint?? Not sure 50% would be worth it, etc. Many thanks to ANYONE that can lend a hand, etc.

My shop does tinting but I'll have to take a look to see if we can get something between 35 and 50%. Generally, most tint is sold as 5% (limo), 20% (dark), 35% (medium), 50% (light). 50% is... light. Almost like a dirty window 
Most people usually get away with having 35% in MA but, emissions inspections are getting tougher and safety (tint) is starting to be pulled into that too.
