Default ******Gettysburg Tuning and Porting March 27- April 4******

Hey everyone. Jeremy will be in PA at Keiths pitstop Tuning and porting from March 27- April 4.

The cost of tuning is $400 + 75hr for the dyno. If you are just looking for a street tune he can also do that for $300 w/ WB o2. We work very hard on each and every vehicle until every customer is happy and the vehicle is spot on.

We will have ported LS2/LS7 Intake manifolds for $300 and the LS2/LS7 throttle bodys for $150 all readily available. When they are done together it is discounted to $400. Installation is free!
The typical gains on the LS2 Intake manifold porting is 11rwhp/13rwtq. Porting the TB is a very nice SOTP difference, You will not see much of a gain on the dyno but your vehicle will be 10x more fun to drive and your throttle response will be greatly increased.
Porting the LS1 TB's is $100 installed. This will also greatly improve your throttle response. This is all on a core exchange basis.

If anyone is interested in having any headers or exhaust installed, we can get that done with enough notice, please call the shop to schedule an appt for this.

We will be requiring a $100 deposit to hold the spots.

Here are some graphs of some cars that we dynoed, tuned, and swapped the intakes and TBs. Some are direct A-B swaps and show the results. Some are Base runs then a rough tune and then we swap the intake and TB, and then fully optimize the tune.

1st is a Stk 07 LS7 ported and tuned: 1st is base, 2nd is base tune, 3rd is ported and tuned completely.

Here is a bolt-on 07 LS7 (w/ headers CA)I base tune and then ported and tuned.

Here are two C6 LS2's with just cai and cat backs before and after tune and Ported intake and TB:

383 LS6 to ported FAST and nice set of heads:

408 LS6 to ported FAST:

Obviously the larger motors wanted the larger manifold more than a smaller motor but we have had an LS2 with one of our ported LS2s on it Put a ported FAST on there and pick up 22RWHP and 30RWTQ on a 6L bolt-on 07 vette.

You'll probably run into Bryan at some point. He's taking my car over to get some things touched up.

I had to leave before Bryan showed up...Jeremy did a great job on my dad's LPE 383 Corvette. He re-wrote the entire tune which had been done already by LPE. My dad said the car feels like its 1000lbs lighter...He's happy with the car again...I just wan't him to look at and change my shift points...What he did for me was ridiculous! He wound up going thru my entire tune very methodically changing and tweaking...His attention to detail is astounding and very impressive...I'm going back tomorrow for some street wide band tuning...The car felt awesome before hand...Now its just plain stupid good!! Thanks Jeremy!

Well while street tuning the other night Jeremy noticed that the car was going lean around the 2-3 shift...Car still felt good but going lean had me concerned...Went to Pharro Performance and Bryan checked the fuel pressure at WOT and sure as **** the pressure was dropping from 43 to 35 under load...A new fuel pump fixed the problem. Went back to Jeremy last night and he tweaked a few things and got my A/F right at 12.9-13.0:1 at WOT...

Jeremy was great to deal with and had he just adjusted my shift points like I had asked we never would have caught the problem until it was too late..Thanks for great attention to detail and for saving my 14 year old motor...Definitely has my business from now on...And the folks at Keith's Pit Stop were a pleasure to deal with too...
