I guess it was loud, he was stopped because there was some construction. There were two gauges on the dash and looked like he had some tattoos.

I could be wrong, he might not have tattoos. There was some guy in a wrx I saw that day also, I know one of them had tattoos. The car has black rims with polished lips and the tail lights were blacked out.
