Thanks guys. I'm lovin it already.
I will need a DD that's not as harsh as the STi. We'll see what comes along in the future. First is to take car of the baby, then look into another baby...car that is.

I was looking a a different Recaro.....the Signo. It'll go well in another sports car. LOL I've been debating trading in my the STi, wife's Forester or just to buy another car outright.
Cars I'm lookn at are a DD/sports car:
S4
CTS-V
M3
Vette C6
SUVs I'm lookn at as well:
Porsche-Cyanne
Audi-Q5
Land Rover-LR2
All depends on if I keep the STi as my DD. Also depends on trading the wife's car.
Those with kids, what do you have for a kid transporter??

That's the dilema!! The M3 and CTS-V are pretty much the exact price. Only thing I worry about is how they'll handle in the snow. Obvioulsy winter tires are a must, but I know they'll be no STi in the snow. ;P That's why I was thinking SUV or S4.
Any ideas on snow drivability? Ohhh and does the CTS-V come with paddle shifters?? My wife can't drive a manual. LOL

You already have a family car, the STI. 4 seats, perfect.
I throw there little butts in the SS. No Problem.
I also have a Honda Accord and Nissan Xterra.
But the SS works with kids.

keep the STi, throw in a crawford 2.7l and a big snail and get her *** to soccer practice in record time
RWD is very doable in the snow with the right tires, ive been doing it for years with my E-250 van (possible the worst thing in the snow) and i have some pretty sharp inclines to get up to both get to work and home. that being said, i sure as hell wouldnt be doing it to a brand new M3/ CTS-V.
i can tell you that though the S4 is pretty quick, its expensive to own and especially modify. if your going to spend that type of money, might as well just get a used AWD 911/ 911 turbo.
keep the STi and get a C5 vette unless your just totally bored with both of them. or come to the dark side and get a fbody again. come on, all the cool kids are doing it.
