NED - Chevyfest 8/1 - 8/2 chevyfest is this weekend at NED sat and sun. i will be up there sunday racing. i think a few guys from nefbody.org will be up there with me but they all pussed out and arn't racing. anyone else planning on going? come say hi if ur up there! as usual i'll be in the black LT1 with prostars and the sportsback hatch! i'll have a cooler full of drinks/sandwiches/snacks everyone is welcome to.

i lost 2nd round to the guy who eventually won street. hes a great guy and a great racer hes up there all the time on fri nights with me. great guy. it was a damn close race. i dialed a 12.60 he dialed a 12.64 i ran a 12.615 he ran a 12.658 but he treed me his .036 to my .077. like i said any other racer i prolly would of moved on. but he was right on the money.

oh yes ur right im sorry i meant 2 years ago. i remember because it was my first ever bracket race. (i lost in the 3rd round, because i ran out of gas haha) it was a 1 day event and it was insane. i dont really remember last years event. i think there were more people there then there were this year tho

ya this year was small compared to last year i mean 3 practice runs saturday couldnt believe it. i ended up goin out in the first round ran back to back 12.50's at 119 3rd gear issues and spinning bad so i dialed in a a 12.50 ended up running a vette who dialed in a 13.44 and i ended up pulling him down hard and letting out so i didnt brake out ended up running a 12.3 at 105 wouda been my first 11 second pass i think. it was the first time i had been up this year. sleeping at the tree to.

was that on sunday u got eliminated? did u see me there? i dont think i saw u. yea that sux man. freakin weather. thats why i hate racing during the day weather is so unpredictable. i seem to find it more predictable at night. but congrats on ur 12.0x pass. impressive man! next time come say hi and grab a drink! dont worry old man ron dosent bite. he may grunt at you, like most old men do, but he wont bite.

ya that was sunday. i was in the street class im pretty sure i saw u guys there. next time i will def stop by. ya i hear ya on the weather sat was burrrninng out. im new to the bracket racing thing guess i shuda hammered on the brakes i figured coasting wud be enough...wrong
