that would be a pretty risky buy imho. IF the frame is bent (and looking at rear driver quater shot it looks like it might be cuz of the gap on the door) its just a parts car because i dont think you can pull a car with an aluminum frame. aluminum cant take the stress and fatigue steel can so u have to replace any bent/damaged part. also if u look at the interior shot the carpet is pushed up makin it look like the floor might be creased... almost as if the front subframe might have been push back a significant amount.

Looks like the shifter is at the wrong angle. Either way, I don't even have the money to buy the car

The shifter is definitely elevated. You can see the console bulged out toward the driver seat. And with no engine pics, how could you even consider?

They must not have reported the accident to insurance, hence no title record.

just speaking from my opinion, the only way it should have a 'dirty' title, is if it was ever declared salvage, or had some kind of financial issue, like a lein or unpaid loan, something like that. that car could be worth 40K before the damage. if the repairs were worth more then 40K, then it would be a salvage, and have a salvage title. so, im guessing, either it was never reported, or the repair is under what the car is worth.
