that would be a pretty risky buy imho. IF the frame is bent (and looking at rear driver quater shot it looks like it might be cuz of the gap on the door) its just a parts car because i dont think you can pull a car with an aluminum frame. aluminum cant take the stress and fatigue steel can so u have to replace any bent/damaged part. also if u look at the interior shot the carpet is pushed up makin it look like the floor might be creased... almost as if the front subframe might have been push back a significant amount.

just speaking from my opinion, the only way it should have a 'dirty' title, is if it was ever declared salvage, or had some kind of financial issue, like a lein or unpaid loan, something like that. that car could be worth 40K before the damage. if the repairs were worth more then 40K, then it would be a salvage, and have a salvage title. so, im guessing, either it was never reported, or the repair is under what the car is worth.
