This guy is not only a great tuner, but he is a cool guy. He has great prices from what I've seen too. Highly suggested.

Frost!! I have heard from a few people VA Speed are f'n impossible to get a hold of, that is why I never bothered them for my business. Frost is very accommodating and easy to work with. He even left the Warped tour concert with his wife to come home and tune mine.

Nope. I have heard correctly. A few people with the same story was enough for me. Maybe they worked out for you, and that is good. I am pleased I went with Frost and he surpassed his reputation.

OP - Give Steve a call for the tuning.... Top notch guy... He works on my junk (see sig) and it idles and drives like a dream!!!
As for the cam install, both Blackfang, Frost, and I could give ya the name (via pm - don't want to post non sponsor stuff and **** off the LS1 Tech Gods) of a local mustang shop near the West End that is capable and (I assume) more than willing to do it. That would at least save you the drive to Newport News/Norfolk.
BTW - if you're interested in hanging out with other guys with F-bodies/Vettes/CTSV's and a slew of other LS1 cars, feel free to stop by at an RPM meeting!!!

We have had constomer service issues in the past-we are currently trying to rectify these issues by replacing our counter staff-good people are very hard to come by.I encourage everybody to give us a honest try and not go by other peoples thoughts-i promise you that you will be happy at the end of the day.

I know the guys at VA Speed have been working very hard to correct the communication problems. That started with "upgrading" the counter help so that Ed and Shawn now actually get their messages. Often, I would resort to calling Ed on his cell phone which I really didn't want to do but he just wasn't getting messages.
There has never been an issue with the quality of work that comes out of VA Speed and fixing the communication issues goes along way towards addressing the past problems.
