It was my first time at Englishtown... We got there pretty early and it was still crowded... I'd have to say it was worth picking through junk to find a few good treasures.. but most private sellers were extremely over priced to say the least. I saw a guy who wanted $1550 for a detonated 502ci block... right next to someone who was selling a used 350ci for $100... yes $100... and it was from pan to carb... go figure lol.

where in NY are you. you can always do my cars if you want practice.
i was there saturday. the meet isnt what it used to be, and ive only been going for about 10yrs. even i can remember there being more, and better quality stuff there. not to mention you were always able to talk nearly everyone down. now, everyone wants top dollar for junk, and if you want to sell, they want it brand new and dirt cheap. i wound up selling 4 nice truck rims for only $100. i couldnt get anything more for them. someone offered 150 but never showed back.

We can set something up... let me see how the next couple of weekends are looking and we can schedule something... I work in the city so its hard to really get anywhere on weekdays...
Yeah tell me about it... a philly cheese steak + 2 grilled chicken sandwiches + 2 Fries + 1 Bottled Soda came out to $36.00! We were hella hungry... wish I could have just gone to Mcdonalds lol
