I wouldnt have touched that puddle, anyone notice how hes out under the hood with his Friggin window halfway down??? i know theres more important things to worry about but damn no need for more damage.

I don't remember it raining that bad here in recent months, I know the southern part of VA got a little bit of flash floodign recently, but not that bad...
On an upside, with that much water around the front end, now it really does look like a catfish
