Default New Tow Rig

It was time for an upgrade. My 2004 Silverado SS did real well for me over the past 5 1/2 years. I loved the truck. It drove great, towed the trailer well and ran 14.1 at the track. But i was out growing the truck. Need something a little more heavy duty for all the shows we go to.

So i picked up a 2010 GM Sierra 2500HD SLT 6.0L

I didnt want a diesel and pay the $8500 option for it. Takes almost 10 years or 100,000 miles for the diesel to pay off. And im quiet familiar with these LS engines

Its the SLT model with all the goodies. Heated Seats, Sunroof, Bluetooth, Remote Start, Intergrated Brake Controller, USB Port and all the standard stuff as well.

I also got the GM Upfit program. Its a program where GM gives free upgrades for business use. Got a tool box, running boards and bed liner.

Also go the truck for $37,000

I will be designing headers for it and of course it will have a cutout on it by next week. Its also itchin for a supercharger. But we shall see

I agree- the interior is really nice, and 37k IS a great price!

An equvilent F-Series would have been much more.

Very Nice Barry.
This is the first I heard of it. (tonight)
Guess I am out of the loop?

The 6.0 is fine, that is what I have in my 2500 Suburban.
