Default HELP: I NEED A 2005 LS2 PCM for my 05 stick GTO

need an 05-06 pcm so i can get my car tuned. The tune on my car is from HP Tuners and the place im having it redone uses EFI Live. They said they cannot flash it or read some tables or make changes. They can only log it.

If anyone has one ill buy it ASAP.

Thanks

Where are you located you can always have a dealer flash it back to stock. Then it can be tuned. I think most dealers would charge an hour to do that. At least that is what all the dealers I have worked at charge

Not true, I had my car tuned with HPtuner and have EFIlive from my diesel, car had a couple issues, called the tuner, told me what to change, changed it with EFIlive, problems solved.

I would find another tuner, sounds like a list of excuses coming for why it cant be done right.

Tyler could be true if it is a locked tune. Can't read or write with HPT or EFIlive if you don't have the password

yea whatever

Ok so if its not locked, which hopefully its not, then there should not be an issue.

Can you even reflash with tech 2 on a locked ecm? Dont think i have ever tried one.

Sometimes with this situation you have to change the key### when trying to read the computer. When you first try and it deny's it,look at the tune key that will be on the screen. Type that in the EFI live key box and it will probly work.
