I am in Texas, and I sent a Alienware laptop to:

800 Tech
Laptop Repair of America Corp.
22 9th Street
Staten Island, NY 10306

They haven't answered their phones in over a month. I need help with this, I need some kind person on here to go by the shop and try to see if anyone is there. If they are there ask for my computer back, if recovered I will give anyone 50 bucks just to get it back.

Or go by and atleast see if anyone is working there, and request them call me... i will give my phone number to whoever would go.

My gut instict, sounds like a scam. You sent your laptop to probably a bogus address and chances are, 22 9th Street is like a hotdog cart on the sidewalk or something.

Hopefully someone from the area can check it out for you.

It's a real address. Check google maps, has a picture of the house. I'd go but I don't have time during the day to drop by there
