Good job OP. I began eating once every 3 hours (basically whatever I wanted but in smaller portions) and P90X a few months back and have lost 25 lbs and never felt better.

Sounds alot like me here is a before and after pic. Keep at it and you'll get to where you want to be. If you ever feal like going to the gym/working out isnt doing anything just look at your old pics or better yet keep some of your old clothes and put them on to remind yourself how fat you were
