Long Island used to have a pretty strong LS1 F-body presence back in the day, lots of good times on the few occasions that I went out there and met up with that crew.

There are several F-Body guys in the Holbrook area, including myself when I visit home. Once in a while they goto Bald Hill on Tuesdays when they have that goin. No one meets up like they used to, like say, back in 2005 / 2006.

Every car meet I go to we are respectful to the houses around us and never do burnouts, blast music, or fight.. Anyone that does these things we kick out and yet cops still bother us ... Why cant we have a place where we can meet and talk for a little while and not deal with crap from cops when were not doing a thing
Ive had it with cops they pulled me over too many time for no reason! So i could care less what they think anymore... Im a respectful driver and i still get **** for it so idc anymore and im sure there are many others that feel the same way

Where ever my friends and I go we are very respectful and try to monitor the BS, we've even cleaned up other peoples garbage after we were done hanging out!! Can't win on LI with cars....

Yes it was! The Hamptons was one of the oldest operating NHRA Dragstrips on the East Coast. It operated from 1953-2004.
