Thumbs up turbo trex is 90% done *PICS*

almost there. I somehow lost the throttle bracket and of all the parts to loose, this one was PITA. kawi doesnt sell just the throttle bracket, they consider it part of the throttle body assembly.. so I had to hunt for over 2 weeks for a bracket. the closest thing I found was a zx6 bracket which was different but I was able to modify it to work. I got the intercooler, turbo and all the piping back together yesterday and I am hoping the weather breaks sunday so we can alteast do a few test miles and start the tune. check for any leaks, ect..

some pics

from this...

to this...

now back together..

brand new cycle concepts drag pak clutch kit installed aswell. still need to bleed the clutch line some

for my throttle bracket issue. I ended up modding this one off a ZX6 I got.

Dam oil filter. Apparently no one stocks this simple oil filter. Ordered it online. Down again till I get the new oil filter here.

I'd like to see a slick out back and watch you take out a few snowmobiles at the track.

About time, nice. Now here's to paying it off! That looks like downingtown / chester springs? I'm close to closing on one in Downingtown that looks similar to that, just don't like the high taxes. 250k gets you a very nice place in that area though, just like yours

I love those things... always wanted one... just never in the budget at the already built cost.

Love the TURBO set up also....
