Test Session this Friday, Sept 21st at MIR (Before Supercharger Showdown)
MIR will be holding a test session this Friday before the Supercharger Showdown from 9am-4pm. This test session is open to anyone: Pro Mods, Radial Cars, Bracket Cars, Imports, and Motorcycles.
One lane will be prepped for Slicks, and the other for Drag Radials. Cost is $150 per car and includes track spray expense.
No regular street tires allowed for this Test Session. Must be either drag radials or slicks.
Also, since we are racing that night everyone will have to pay the $20 admssion to come in for the test session and if you leave before 5pm you will get your $20 back. Or you can stay that night and enjoy the show (which we hope you do).
No need to pre-register. You can show up that morning at 9am and pay your $150 at MIR.
Help pass the word and see you Friday!

Drag Radials require more traction spray to "stop" the tire.
Slicks require a little less spray to allow some "wheel speed" to keep the tire round and avoid tire shake.
If a big tire slick car tried to launch on a track prepped just for drag radials then it will just "wad" the tire up and shake your teeth out.
