Best and cheap does not sound like away to shop for hotels lol. My buddy stayed at the Best western and he said it was decent if that helps

prob up here in my town of la plata, and it usually books up with the races... Best Western is one of the top hotels in the town, or if you wanted to go another 8 miles north to Waldorf there is a bigger selection... Holiday inn etc..... but you are about 20 min from the races..... its kind of in the sticks if you havent been here.....
