Default lemon law new truck

I bought a new ram ecodiesel and this truck has turned into a nightmare. The dealer says it needs over 14k of work..I have owned it less than 30 days and it has less than 1000 miles...what to do with this truck...I don't want it

My recommendation. Call corporate first. They may work with you for a buyout option first. Lemon law process is very long and tedious. See what corporate might do for you first.

Just curious, what happened in 1000 miles that costs 14k and isn't covered under warranty?

The pain is terrable the dealer says 14,500 to repaint. The dealer put in a aftermarket remote start and cut in to the harness it auto started on its own a few times and does not work rite.shut of on its own also.

I lemon-lawed a 2012 Jeep wrangler.
Worked out good for me in the end, but as stated above it was a 10 month long process
