Default gokarts at e-town - arrive and drive this sunday $150 pp

enduro karts this sunday at etown 11am $150 per person, 4 man teams, 4 hour enduro

9 hp but hits goes pretty fast on etowns race track / road course

arrive and drive.
bring cash.
they supply suits, helmets, gloves, etc.

if you don't have 4 guys on your team, come anyway and you'll get placed on a team.

register 10:30am.
race starts 11am.

Cool... so how fast does a 9hp kart go? I have no frame of reference, so I'm curious.

not sure but i'm gonna guess 30 mph.
this is still very physical and you will be sweaty after your 15 minute stint, and you'll be sore the next day

Depends on gearing but 9hp should do well over 30. I've used 6 hp carts that do over 40 easily.

it will be a fun time there for sure, i love racing rental karts even the electric ones are fun as **** too

wish i could come up, but i have to finish the eletric in my basement sunday

Thanks for the invite Scott! I had a blast! Oddly enough my ribs are fine but my shoulder blades are paying the price!

Took me the whole first stint to learn the track, but after than I didn't hit anything lol

Tell Jay I'll do better next time if he hasn't barred me from being invited again lol.

As for the speed, not sure how much this is true, but the live timing showed the "MPH" as somewhere around the 47/48 range for the faster guys like Scott and his buddy.

this must have been a blast. F1 Racing here in Boston has these and they go 47-50mph
