Default Carlisle Swap meet

Just curious if any has been and knows if there are LS2 parts there? I've never been and heard it's mostly older muscle car parts.

Thanks

I go to both spring and fall every year. There are always a couple dealers who specialize in late model Corvettes there, so they have some LSx stuff usually. I remember in the fall there was a guy with a bunch of late model GTO stuff as well.

With LSx swaps gaining popularity, there's more of it every year. What are you looking for?

I'm putting a 6.0 in a 93 Camaro with a T-56. I need a bell housing, oil pan, headers, and would like to pick up a umi k member.

UMI is usually on the manufacturers midway. If you call them like tomorrow or Monday, they might be able to bring a k-member with them for you. Or they usually give a show discount for stuff ordered there.

The rest of the stuff is crap shoot. One of the vette dealers may have a bell housing and oil pan.

Spring Carlisle is mostly older car parts & some junk. Being that GTO's are almost 10 years old and LS2 C6 is getting there you may find some parts. Just no guarantees. On Manufacturers Midway there will be UMI & probably an Exhaust System seller that seems to be at all of the events there.

I go every year including this year and last year the only fbody/ls1 parts i saw was some cam for a ls1, lt1 camaro hood and fenders, and the umi fbody set up. Thats all i personally saw / remember and i could have missed more but still theres not much modern stuff. Howver the umi station is really sweet to see if i remember correctly they brought 2 93-02 fbodys fully loaded with their suspension

Usually a slim selection of modern stuff. I keep hoping it picks up.

ya it's not great if your looking for newer stuff. most scrape yards know they can get a premium for that stuff so it doesnt trickle down well yet.

Mostly Corvette stuff as far as LSx parts go but there was a guy with a GTO dash and console, and few guys with some 4th gen exterior parts and aftermarket 5th gen exhaust. No doubt about it though Spring Carlisle is the place for muscle car parts and street rod stuff. Had a great time out there yesterday.

I was there yesterday, accidentaly stayed at a hotel right down the street on the way home to Boston from my roadtrip in Myrtle beach. I found out about the show / swap meet when we were checking in. Pretty cool but older stuff. I might go in the fall..

I was there Fri-Sat. I saw some LS truck engines, a couple intakes, and some heads; not a ton though. Overall there is a noticeable increase in late model stuff. I was surprised the one Corvette dealer had a ton of C7 stuff already. Two whole front clips, a complete LT1 engine, seats, and more.

Gm nationals in June usually carries some stuff. You just have to be willing to dig. I would assume the sping and fall Vette shows would have some stuff too.

I have actually seen more fourth gen/LS stuff at Maple Grove and Englishtown than Carlisle. Carlisle has a lot of big dollar items (anyone see the Vette guy lol?) and misc odds and ends. I was practically trying to give my 5th gen catback away and no one pulled the trigger, so now it's on the forums for a real price lol. I was selling some misc 4th gen items, one of the few vendors.
