PCM flashing question

PCM flashing question Hey Gents,
I am sure this was covered here a thousand time over but I need someone in the NY/NJ/CT area to flash a 411 ecu to bypass emissions, vats, rear o2s and make sure the fan signal is enabled. I fielded a few calls to new era performance and the like and they are not setup to do bench flashing, or not worth their time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Just to add, this is a cammed lm7 (ls1 intake) swapped into an 84 944.
