Racing wheel on a street driven car legal in NY? I'm considering replacing stock wheel with a momo wheel that has no air bag.
1). Is it a safety inspection if I do this?
2). Is it like able that my auto insurance may not even cover the passenger injuries in case of an accident , since the safety system was "altered" ?
