info please
i have a dead 94 z28 sitting in my driveway (needs a new engine) and i was wondering if a 350 lt engine from a 86 corvette would fit into a 94 z28 without any problems? any insight into my issue would help greatly. thank you

the answer is because the lt1 that is in there has a broken camshaft and the shards from the cam scored the inside of the engine, and my father wants to replace it with something cheap so it can be sold for cheap money or he can drive it and baby it. we can get one from the yankee peddler for $300 with only 7000miles on the rebuild.

it is a 94 z28, exact double off mine, same color and t-tops, about 80,000 on it, was running good until this happened.my bro just wants enough to pay off loan maybe $1,500 at max. body is in great condition. is completly stock exept the flowmaster exhaust and the radio system. ask anything else that i did not include. also it has an automatic transmission. parts of engine can be salvaged, just not sure what parts. it is sitting under a cover in my driveway right now if you would like to take a look at it someday. also i believe my bro bought it with a slavaged title, it was totaled then restored i believe.
