The woman didn't have any change of living anything that resembled a partically normal life. Personally I don't feel that it's right to just keep someone alive to say they are alive. I'd want to check out if that was me.

exactly its kinda being selfess to keep them alive for you and not let them pass with the least amount of pain and suffering. id want the plug pulled if it was me

i agree i would won't the plug pulled too. but i will tell u what, if it was my mother our father i don't know what i woulg do. that would be the hardest decsion anyone could make

It's a sad story but I think it turned out for the best. Similar decisions under similar circumstances are made everyday. Her parents need to learn how to let go and stop playing the media.

I think her parents should feel lucky that they even got the chance to really say good bye to her and be with her before she died. A local 18 year old was just killed on the highway by an 89 year old man. Now I really feel for that family. No chance say good bye or be with him before he died, the kid left to go to the gym and nobody got to see him after that.
