Matt,

thanks for all the help you've given us with this car, seriously.. we really appreciate it

AND, by the looks of it you'll be seeing us very soon.
So, you saw today, I showed ya, that right after it got done with one problem.. there's another. Headlights are fucked up, gears are stripped.. need brass ones. Well, thats fine I thought, thinking that'd be the end of it.

Nope, it isn't the end of it.

The 'bird gets about 20 psi of oil pressure at idle / cruise now. This sucks. About a month ago it was a steady 40 psi at cruise / idle .. so I lost 20 psi of pressure in a month!!

The way I see it (and feel free to correct me if I am wrong), it's either the oil pump showing signs of going out or a problem inside the engine itself.. If it's the latter, you'll be installing us a cam + replacing all the gaskets, lifters, springs, and all that bullshit within about a month from now.

Heh.

How about them apples? This ******* car hates us!!!

it started off with a bad cat, which later on *developed* into a disintegrating catback..

The bad cat syndrome. I had one of those and it destroyed my engine. Pays to buy a new car.

well, it already looks like a lifter is bad (my dynograph looks like a heart monitor), so it looks like it's headed that same way
