Default Xmas gifts for employees

Just looking for some ideas here ( relatively inexpensive ones). I manage a group of 18 people, and want to buy some gifts for them for the holiday season, but I'm not sure what to get. I'm not looking to spend alot of money, I'm not making that much, but would like to get something thoughtful for my employees. I don't want to go the gift card route. Any good ideas?

We give one of these (link here ), a gift basket and a turkey along with their christmas bonus. It really comes down to what noyzee said and what kind of price range per employee your talking... $5 or $25?

go with the holiday party if ya can swing it, you can set something up with a local place and either have them cater lunch for your staff or envite them out for a few drinks and apps again you can work something out with a local place that shouldnt cost to much

My company makes gourmet fruit and gift baskets. They are reasonably priced and we will put anything that is in our store or anything that you bring in too. Personally I think a nice bottle of Johnny Walker Blue Label would do

id rather have the bonus over the lights anyday before that our bonuses were great. he uses the party for his politics in the town and area . most big wigs end up there too. and get some of the prizes

Scratch tickets along with their bounus would be a good idea. That way they have a chance to win even more money!

Ok thanks guys. I'm looking to spend somewhere around $15-$20 per person. I'm just the manager, and the owner will be doing something as well. I just want to show my own appreciation for them, but I don't want to break the bank. Unfortunately, I'm not rolling in that much money.
