Default Bubbles on sail panel

As most of you know, this is a defect from GM. Any people who are in the NYC area interested in getting together to get this fixed? I know of a chevy dealership in the new rochelle area near New Roc city. Let's get our sail panels fixed

Doesn't the car have to be under warranty for that to happen since it's only a TSB and not a recall?

I have some bubbles forming on the end of my spoiler. Is there anything I can do about that?

Only on the sail panel. Some people have been able to get it replaced even if they were out of warranty. Depends on the dealership.

Hmmm Pete, I guess you haven't heard of this, it's not a paint problem

Yeah I know, it doesn't look like they cover 98s because the glue was fine then. People stated this in the thread but that thread has quite a few pages. We'll meet up again and I'll show you what the bubbles look like. They are very noticeable especially if the sail panel is black.

My TA had one of the worst cases of this I'd ever seen. I tried the dealerships but my 3 year, 36,000 had run out and they wouldn't touch it. I called a Pontiac 800 # and worked with some woman and ended up getting my roof panel replaced under the 6 year corrosion warranty. If anyone has a Pontiac with this problem I'll try to dig out her name and exstention #.
