Need help finding some 4 wheeler parts I've posted other times about my bike. I spoke with the guy from the shop that did my estimate. He said that I don't really need a cyl. head that I need the caps that hold down the cams, they have alot of wear on them and should be replaced. But the problem is that yamaha does just sell the cam caps without the head. I've looked on there website and confirmed what he said. Also who could I go to ,to get better prices on the parts that I need. I not not trying to be cheap but those prices on the quote below are pretty high. Oh ya don't ask me why there 6 valves listed when the head only has 5

Only advice I can give you on that one, is frequent exriders.com
Check out the parts for sale section (Yamaha) and ask around. There are plenty of YFZ450 parts on the site for sale. All the way from a rolling chassis to aftermarket parts. The parts section is really busy too, so thats a good thing.
