Shop in philly to install a converter??

I was planning on installing my new Fuddle myslef, but it's a little too cold now to be under the car for a whole day. So does anyone in this forum know of a good shop in the NE philly, Levittown, Fairless Hills, Trenton area know opf a good place??

Also how much do you think they would charge??
