Stangs For Sale?
Just wondering if anyone has seen any decent Stangs for sale in the area? I have been looking high and low but everything arounds seems beat to hell and everyone wants an arm and a leg! I know this is the wrong forum to be asking about Stangs but you guys were always very helpful when I had my camaro and Goat so I figured I may as well ask around here too. I am looking for a fox body (79-93) preferably but would consider an SN95 Cobra (95-98) if the right one were to come along. Thanks in advance guys!

Price is all relevant to condition and mods..............I'm really not looking to go over 12k though.
Marco I haven't talked to Ed at all. I talked to a few local guys and everyone knows that I am in the market so they try and UP the price big time. If you happen to see him let me know if he has anything.

Steph if it's in good shape I would definitely be interested. I basically want a nice car and like I said have found a ton of rats out there. I definitely appreciate any info you can get on it.
Marco I had thought of running by MPE to see what they had on their bulletin board but I just heard yesterday that they moved to the boondocks somewhere.

Yeah he had a pretty centralized location in Taunton and had a very nice sized shop so I can only imagine how much he was paying there. I'll have to try and find his new spot one of these days.

Stang, Would you be willing to get involved in a project car? I have a friend whos got a 25th anniversary (89?) for sale. He started to convert it to a drag car but lost interest in the project. He's got all the parts to put it back together and he is looking to sell cheap. If interested pm me or call Eastside performance for my number.

I know a guy that has a 86 hatch I think for sale, car was in really good shape last time I saw it. I think he's leaving for louisiana for work this week though for 6 months. P.M. me your phone #, and I'll get it to him, I'm sure that if he still wants to sell it, he'll call ya back.

Thanks man....I had that car on watch but I have no way of getting it back here.
I am diabetic so driving it that much of a distance is a no-no because of bad circulation in my legs and transporting it back to Mass would cost me approximately 1k.....

DAS has a terminal in NJ, you could prob have it shipped to the terminal in NJ for like $400-500. I just picked up my brothers G35 at their terminal last week, he shipped it from california for like $900. Their terminal is only like 25 mins south west of NYC. Just an idea....

Actually, Das also has a terminal in Burlington, MA. if you could get the guy to drop it off in montgomery, AL, which is like an hour from him, you could have it shipped to burlington for as little as $448.

I've used them 4-5 times and always had good luck.
