Hardly anythign street are clear and there is just a little white haze on the grass. Not sure how much Maine got. Tomorrow looks to be cold but then its up in the 40's and 50's for the rest of the week after tuesday. If things dont change, it looks like we are going to make it all the way into February without snow really. I thought it was going to be a bad year cuz we were getting snow real early in january.

haha, i left for maine friday!

we ripped it up for an hour friday night, but didnt know the trails, so couldnt ride to hard
then it RAINED all day saturday!!!!
woke up sunday, and the fresh snow had fallen while we where sleeping of or drunkness!!
we got a hole 1", thats right, 1"
so between the 6" that was there, (4 " that got rained away saturday) and the 1" new we got, we went out anyway for a while, coulnt do most of the trails because alot of the water wasnt frozen so you couldnt get to the next trail.
we made the best of it tho.

as for next weekend, it doesnt look good. maybe i will be heading up to see You. lol

Haha, atleast you finally got some riding in! Like I said, we got 14" of really light powdery snow. Doesn't make for the best riding because we didn't have much of a base left before this storm, but it's something. The bad part is they are calling for mid 40's and rain on wed, that might do some damage to what we have now.... I'll keep you posted on what the trails look like up here.

i did alot of riding last week, about 100 miles. this week we did about 40 miles.
the warm/rain could help pack it for a good base. as long as it doesnt wash away!!

Nautilus - Keep us posted on the trail conditions up there in VT. I know it doesnt look too good, but my hubby and his buddies are supposed to take a trip to Caledonia County next week for a few days. And here I was feeling bad that I so thoughtfully gave him my sled to take until his fixes the broken shaft in his. At this point, doesnt sound like I'll be missing much. Like last year, the season didnt get into full swing until February!
Hey Brad.....how you enjoying that sled of yours? You guys got rain all the way up there in Maine too? Yikes!!!

I'll keep you posted, but Caledonia county is quite a bit farther north than I'am. I live in the very south east corner. I would imagine there is a lot better riding up there
