Cool New Toy Pics!

I apologize in advance for the shitty pics....I have had a helluva weekend and rushed out of the house this AM before going to pick up the car so I forgot the digital camera. These are from my cell phone. Only thing I really don't like is the airbrushed graphics on the hood, which will eventually be repainted.....so here ya go ladies and gents.

Nope she is naturally aspirated (440rwhp) as of right now. I dropped her off at my friends shop for some "street mods", she's just way to viscious as of right now for me to drive anywhere. So I am having the exhaust changed up, throwing a different set of gears in (currently has 4.56's) and having swing-out bars installed instead of the fixed ones that are currently on the cage.

Polished and ported heads, Victor intake, cam, electric water, Aeromotive fuel system, list just keeps going lol. Suspension has been worked very well, rear end has been beefed up as well (31 spline axles, locker rear) She put down 440 as she sits to the wheels. With the previous set-up the car went 10.90's and that was at 398rwhp.

Wow, what about the bottom end, still a 302? Whats it weigh?

Edit: Thats one thing I always loved about those 5.0 Notchbacks, from a distance you can't tell if it's a 4cyl or a 8 sec drag car....lol

Marco I got it from someone in Dighton. He bought the car from the guy who went 10.9 with it and then upgraded a few parts such as the heads and intake with intentions of making it a track only car. Then he decided he wanted to start a business so he is selling all his toys

Damn Nelson, back into the Ford scene huh? Owell to good to be true, to be converted over. Anyhow I am sure you miss this type of car:

But, hey you got one hell of a faster car now and I agree, good choice with the Notch-back. Good luck with it man!

Nice, congrats.
Love the fast notchbacks...I really miss my (not so fast) '91 5.0 notch, my first Mustang.

Thanks guys! Always have to appreciate comments like these especially when coming from a GM camp! I can't wait to have her buttoned up and street-ready in the spring. Took my initial drive in her yesterday and all I could say was DAMN with a huge grin on my face!
