Default SLP/AFR Head and Cam package

Was looking for a set of heads and came upon a head and cam package from slp/afr, only thing is everything sounded good till I got to the size, what is the difference between 205cc and 225cc heads. and the Camshaft Specs for the kit Valve Lift Duration@.050 in: .590" 236º ex: .590" 236º.

just buy the afr 205s and a proven cam. dont fall into stupid gimmicks like " afr/slp" B.S

the 205s are more of a "street" head but they make AWESOME power and excellent low end torque. the 225s are more intended toward large cid motors, like 402, 408,427...etc..big storker motors and possibly all out race super high reving 346's, with large cams.

go straight to the source and call AFR and talk to tony mamo if you want a sweet setup. he'll point you in the right direction.

the afr 205/g5x3/90mmLSX makes monster power (460-490rwhp) time after time. this is a PROVEN setup that wont let you down.

I have a G5x4 i was wondering kinda the same thing. will the 205 be more streetable than the 225? What if i have them milled .030 to bump up compression. I would like to have 500rwhp NA. Input appreciated.
I made 379rwhp with a badly slipping clutch last year(only one good pull). just the G5 and milled heads at .030 Im trying to learn about this so i dont buy something i will have to sell later on. I also plan to spray a 200 shot later on. thanks
