so i went to NED to improve my footwork and made 2 runs that were...better for me i guess....the rest were not so good cause my tranny wasnt behaving....

i didnt use my drs cause i wanna save that for the camaro/firebird shootout when i get the rest of the stuff in my car, but it was a good improvement....

the rest of the runs were not so great cause more people came in and i dont think i was launching the same....13.324@117 13.048@124.05 13.181@119.14 and the one that kills me...
14.363@94.08 i took off a little slow and then matted it and had a quick hop...shift to 2nd fine go for third and it didnt want to, felt like something was blocking it...then it goes into gear......1st gear!!!! wtf i felt like an ***....shift into 4th real quick and then 5th and coasted....

it was almost as if i hit the spot between gears and it didnt wanna budge....i was up against an eclipse that ran a 14.995@91.81 ....she was probably laughin at me

Holly Poop dude! I think you got some mid 11's in that thing if you get your 60' times in check!!!! Maybe low 11's. What are you using for a tire?

i used my street tires....fuzion 275/40/17's.....i got et streets on my other rims but i wanted to save them for the shootout.... hopefully i can pull 11s then....these tires are pretty much brand new (about 1000 miles on them) and they held traction unless i launch at anything above 2k or if i matt it in first...with that same 60ft i was still running 13s cause i would hop for a good second, i almost got the launching part down for street tires....next i gotta try using the DR's....i was satisfied dropping my 1/4 by .5 sec w/o doing anything but footwork

I dont get this, saving the tires for what? If there new youve got at least 50 passes on them to go. With that much HP youre going to need Don for the rear end. Ask me how I know.

Yeah, holy crap dude, you would be low 11's no problem once you get some decent tires. Those 60's are killing you.

If you don't have a rear in that car yet.. I'd think about getting one, with teh power in your sig, you will destroy the rear probably withing 5 passes with et streets on.

Tq arm will be next after that, if it's not also been replaced with something aftermarket.
