Had a good scare the other night

Had a good scare the other night Went out to dyno my car and the A/F probe kept blowing out of my exhaust.Well this happened a few times well on the first nitrous pull i get to around 6000rpm and all of a sudden i hear this lound BANG and see pieces go flying through the air so i just about pooped my self.Shut everything down and got out to check everything,well what happened was the A/F probe shot out of exhaust and then got sucked under the tire and shot against the wall 
.It was a quick scare
