K&N Supernationals at Englishtown coming... June 15-18th, NHRA Championship Drag Racing at its best....On Friday the 16th, all the stock and Superstock classes will be run, including the e.f.i. classes. It is worth the trip to go down there and see the FASTEST NHRA LEGAL, national record-holding, 1st thru 4th generation F-bodies and Corvettes compete...These cars are the real deal.

Actually, my favorites are the stockers and superstockers. The Sportsman racers rock. In the Pro classes, I like the Bikes and the Pro Stock cars. The Nitro stuff is too much of a dog and pony show for me. Not enough side-by-side racing and too many oil downs and "up in smoke" traction-losing runs in AA/FC and AA/Fuel cars....Friday (stock and superstock eliminations) and Friday night (Pro cars qualify under the lights) is just a awesome day down there. Sat., I usually get the hell out of there when the place fills up, and watch the Pro finals Sun. nite from the couch on TV. WJ
