Default Honest I bought one......

I really wanted a Ceta or a NBM Hawk but to no avail. I just couldnt find the right one, either they were damaged or whooped to near death..

I really wanted a 6sp until I drove for 2hr's and realized I'm a cripple and I cant drive a stick The left leg is just to badly crushed and the pain gets worse the longer I hold the clutch pedal down so I had to give up my dream of having a 6sp car..

Now I had alittle bit of a tiff with one of the guys at Bohn Pontiac last week and cancelled on the BRIGHT RED HAWK but its funny how things work out..They called me 3 times this week,I guess they wanted to sell the car and knew I was serious...Well they knocked off another 500.00 and only went 100.00 on the paper work so I agreed over the phone, faxed over the papers and what not and I'm going tomorrow to pick it up....As long as she is in the showroom like condition I was told (1999 Hawk should be with 13,000 orig miles on it) then I'm driving home with her tomorrow..

No its not a Ceta nor NMB but it is a Hawk,it is an A4 and its low low miles.I'm excited to have T-tops again and I'm happy to out of the Euro GTO,as much as I liked the goat and thought I'd never get bored of it I did, realllllll fast....

I guess I'm a F-Car guy threw and threw.Who sez u have to act 42 when your 42,I know the F-Car is more of a younger type crowd pleaser but I like the slip slide solid axle, the feel of the pavement and the inexpensive way u can mod them...

I wanna get the lumpy spoiler for my car,I know most people hate it but I kinda like it,who knows I might not be able to find one and if not I can always get the Iroc spoiler...I also wanna add the bilstein lever II to the car, other than that it has mats, chrome wheels and a torsion...

This weekend I'm installing lid,bellows,fuel filter,plugs wires,stb,tq arm bushing,control arms,dvr. loop,adj. panhard,and frame connectors....

All that is left is a edit tune,hf catted y pipe, ptb, pulley,YANK VERTER,trans go and some stickies on stock hawk wheels.....

No headers or bigs and littles on this baby, its a street car

i wish i had known you were lookin man. check out www.brynerchevrolet.com
in the used cars section they have a 2002 NBM Firehawk, 6spd, under 31k miles. asking price is $23k. it has been in the local autoshopper for a few months now, so they may be willing to deal on it a bit.

Go get a piece of cardboard and a marker.

Write "JS BOUGHT ME" on the card board

Place cardboard on hood of car

Take picture

Post picture in this thread.

Until then I'm calling....

Congrats, it looks like a clean car!

It's being shipped directly to Eastside, it was loaded on the trailer today, should be there begining-middle of next week. I haven't seen it or heard it... Maybe it's nice, maybe I'll be shopping for a new motor next week... who knows

I agree. I too would never let society's ideal of what kind of cars people should be driving dictate my choices...I will likely be driving the likes of F-bodies (and Mustangs too) til the very end, they're not kid's cars, they're MAN'S cars.

Nice looking ride man.
