I've got an ls1 block with only 105k miles on it that I'll trade for your old motor, I won't even ask for any $ in the deal...

Are you looking for more cubes Kyle?

Lol. Yeah I started another thread Kyle, cause I tried to post on the old one and it would not go through, but then after I posted the new thread it worked again. Lol. O well. That one was getting pretty long.

I can't wait till next year, I will start my build up on a 408 iron block. Fully forged. I am going to go all out. Hopefully I can push close to 550 N/A When all said and done. and then Put a heafty shot of laughing gas on it.... But this year I will put my cam that I bought in, with a new rear end, and also a cage... I have a family so safety is a big thing for me, if and when I get to go to the track..

Ive always seen the pushing water factor on our motors and i saw it on my car the last trip to the track.....
Not alot but enough.....
Ill be waiting for a lil bit to see how the 1st people who recieve them use them and if they stop the problem.
I know one guy that already has his and is off to machining....
I was just pricing it out parts...
I know that im using Eagle rods right now.... but im not sure if i want to go back to them again and if i trust there crank to put over 1000hp to the ground all the time..
I know u understand..
Just pricing things out....
The cheap way is $7500 for the short block and $4100 for the heads and Rockers.
The spendy way is about $11,700 for the short block and $4900 for the heads and rockers.

As you know, Its better to spend that $5000 difference up front then not have the cheaper combo not perform like you want and you end up having to do the 16,600 anyway. Just when i thought your car couldnt get any more badass, it might have a even better power plant.

I wanna be like Kyle when i grow up..
