OK guys as most of you know that know me Im into riding bike, I love to do it just for the fun of it, I just got a letter in the mail from the diabetes association about a ride for it so I decided to sign up, anyone that is willing to make a donation to the american diabetes accociation please click on the link and sponser me for this ride. if you guys cant thats fine just thought id throw this out there at you guys, I signed up for the 100K ride, doesnt really say how long it is other than there is 4 stops about 12 miles apart so it should be around 60 miles or so, not to bad of a ride.

100k = 62 miles(i run so i am used to converting. lol)

good cause, is there a specific page or name that we can sponsor you under? the link brings up a page asking for a sign in, or should we jsut make a general donation?
