Going to NYIRP Sunday (upstate NY)
I just got a set of M/T ET Drag Radials (255/50/16), and QA1 R-series shocks. I'm going to the track Sunday to test them. My previous best was with 28x9 ET Drags and QA1 F-series. Anyone else gonna be there?

Edit: I haven't even been out to NYI ever yet, hopefully it's a little better than Lancaster.

I would be interested in what your car ran there. I race at Lancaster N.Y 1/8th mile. I have not been to NYSI yet to see what i run in 1/4. I normally run ET STREETS, but i may buy some drag radials also to drive to the the track and race on.

Okay, the track prep was pretty good yesterday. I am very impressed with the ET Drag Radials. With a race weight of 3580lbs w/driver I ran a best of 11.326 @ 120.41 with a 1.555 60'. That was my best 60' with the drag radials. I also posted a best ever MPH. That run was 11.378 @ 121.73 with a 1.588 60'. My goal was to run 11.3's in street trim, so needless to say I am very happy. Overall I am really happy with the M/T Drag Radials, and the R-series QA1's. I was yanking the heavy stock chrome wheels off the ground on every pass!

Very nice times. I guess those heads and Cam really help. Glad to hear the tires stick. I Blew my street tires off the car at A poorly prepped Lancaster on one test run after tech. I Did not bring my Et Streets that day as i just wanted to get teched for the year. I will have to go with the 17 inch MT Drag Radials for my stock SS rims. See you on the track someday.
