please help!!! went to change my oil today and when i pulled the plug this is what i got!!!! needle bearings i believe from something but what? car runs perfect and pulls stronger than ever....any help i appreciate

those are from a rocker arm I bet. I wouldn't run the car anymore like that.
Pull the coil packs and the valvecovers, and look for a rocker arm that doesn't look right... I bet there's one that is sitting funny/seems loose.
Hopefully that's all the bearings. I do believe that nasty performance on here can rebuild them for ya.... so as long as you got all the bearings out and none got stuck/sucked up into anything you might be o.k. I'd change the oil very often (every 50 miles or so) for a little while and take it easy just to be safe, after you get them rebuilt.
