Someone now making a scattershield for that car now, George, or you gonna have one custom-made? Other major issues to deal with? WJ

Guess you're gonna be putting the sawzall to the floor to make room to fit the blanket around top of that bellhousing, eh George? Now you're gonna have a REAL racecar....Whole interior going w/just a carbon fibre race seat, I presume? Turn that thing into a Top Sportsman car....7.70 or better to make the field....they had 35 doorslammer Top Sportsman cars qualify at 7.70 or better at a open divisional meet at LVD, weekend before last...or you could run Supergas w/it.....You'll have some real fun w/this car when it's done up, George! Man I hate to see a near new $70k Z06 get chopped up though...might it be cheaper just to buy 4th gen Fbody roller and build up something nice like an LS7 or LSx?

Yes, but there are hundreds of F-bod race cars already out there...George's car will probably be one of the first '07 Zo6 all-out 1/4 mi. race Corvettes in the country. There are already tons of brand new Zo6's that have been turned into road course racers out there....so there's no sentimental cherries being broken.... WJ

2 things wrong with my car that does not make it a 70k car was in a accident and color was changed those 2 items make the car very hard to sell so im going to make the car in to something i will like and maybe someone else for the right price.and sorry once you have a vette you will never want a fbody again i realy liked my formula but id never go back to one

george

p.s
rare cars i have distroyed by modding in the past

87 buick gn 40kmiles turned it in to a twin turbo small block chevy with a 25.2cert 9.401/4

89 TTA 19kmiles stage 2 buick motor and 10 point cage 10.301/4

02 Nhra formula 9kmiles built 347 with nos and 5 point bar 10.68 1/4

add a 2007 corvette z06 to the list o well i like my rare cars
