Another Thanks Don..... Procharged, LS1 GTO inside!
This is like the 3rd or 4th "Thanks Don" thread, this week!
So Thanks man. The car feels great! Boost hits hard, methanol comes on smooth and my speed limiter yells at me a lot sooner than before!!
As for the set-up goes:
Last numbers from October were 452 rwhp and 403 rwtq
Addition of AlkyControl Methanol injection (VP M1, 100% methanol), swapped from 42lb SVO injectors to 60lb Mototrons, replaced the 4.5" blower pulley with a 4.00" and did a "filter mod". Also, upgraded to Comp 918 valve springs and Thunder Racing chromoly hardened pushrods to raise the rev limiter...
Slowhawk, Speed Density Tuning!
530 rwhp and 440 rwtq @ about 6525 rpm, 11-12 psi, 20 degrees of timing WOT, 11.5:1 AFR..... (I even saw 13psi on the highway coming home)
True test will be the track results which are far more important to me. If seat time doesn't get me to where I want to be then I will be considering another pulley swap or possibly a cam... but only when I am ready and willing to also build a forged motor shortly thereafter.....
BTW- Yes, for the record Don... I am an *** for pushing this power through the Factory Cat-back....
Comments, suggestions and hate mail welcomed.....
EDIT: Here's the newest Graph.

Throttle response seems spot on!! Acceleration and smoothness is practically turbo feeling (if I remember correctly from the STS). The WB gauge does dance around more as you mentioned it would, seems to be more accurate from what I see. It's tough to watch all my gauges and lights due to where they're positioned nevermind how fast the F**cker is going, trying to pay attention to the road as well... LMAO..
I can see it needing a clutch sooner than later though.. it's just to damn fun spinning 1st for like .02 seconds, then shifting 2nd spinnging for like 2 seconds then spinning 3rd for like 2-3 seconds and grabbin' 4th is just plain nutty!!! Good thing I am not rollin' on 20's like Matt... but damn the 18's will be expensive enough!
The car in general handles it very well, feels quite solid all around and throughout the entire "blast".... I can't wait to mount the Mickey T's and watch the smoke bellow on it's first major burnout.... It's going to be one hell of a ride for me It's almost tough to imagine what it's going to feel like with a forged motor, cammed with even more boost in the future!!

That wouldn't change with different vehicles either.... If I could afford a turbo kit and transmission for my truck.. It would be there getting fabbed up as we speak.. hmmmm that gives me an idea... anyone want to buy my quad and motorcycle....??

Thanks guys.. The car certainly gets out of it's own way for sure (that's putting it extremely mildly) LoL
It will certainly be a good year as long as I can keep the driveline in check and together! If not, I have somewhat of a plan in the back of my mind.
Marcel... keep your eye on me, I already have a few things lined up "I think", it's going to start all over again once I sell the 42lb fuel injectors!! Ha Ha Ha Damn mod bug is tough to get rid of but I don't have to tell anyone here that. Just don't raise the 300rwhp bar... even though I will be closing in on the 600 mark!

I know, I know... I can only imagine what I would be making with a P-1SC! But once I sell the 42lb injectors... I will be on the prowl for the next piece... but shhhhhh I told myself I was done with the car for now!!
I would like more torque! It'd be nice to even it out a little bit.... I would love to do a cam, but I want to hold onto the stock block a little longer! Otherwise I am going big cubes, more boost and more methanol!!! I don't think I'm ready to afford that yet though!!

But still, impressive numbers, and I'm sure you'll be running even more impressive times!

I hope to run some great times.. but seat time will be my downfall at first.. along with the stock clutch and perhaps the IRS with ET Streets!! LMAO
