Mass, Maine, NH Sledders, local radar runs!!!!
Right now it looks like March 2 starting at 10 am (i will post for sure when i find out what time they will let us start)
Bow Pioneers Snowmobile club (i have done alot with them over the last years, and i think im going to brake down and join, its a great club) anyway, they are holding a Club Radar run, its going to be a cash pay out and also act as a fundraser for a couple different things, one is club funding, one is easter seal camp.
its going to be held In concord NH at a place called Turkey Pond tons of parking (4x4 recomended) there will be cops to direct traffic, full insurance etc etc.
there will be food and bathrooms on site.
and for the fun part.
there will be 2 tracks one will be 1,000' long groomed/packed snow track for trail sleds there will be a larg police 3 digit speed sign to display speeds etc. cash pay out to fastest sled.
then there will be a 660' Ice track for Race sleds, chissles/icepick only. same speed reed out etc.
should be real good times. i can pm directions etc if you need.
should be a real fun day. let me know if your interested i will post more detail.
right now price is approx
$3 1 run
$5 3 runs
$25 all day unlimited runs top speed wins cash pay out (last year it was like 265 bucks to the trail sleds.
should be good times. i will have both my sleds there and i will be volinteering and helping the club with set up, tear down and threwout the day.

the easyist way there is probably 93 to 89. you take rt 89, to exit 2 which is just a couple miles off 89. take exit 2 get to the end of the ramp and take a left. drive 1 mile and look to the right, there is a wide acces way to the lake, like i said there will be a police detail and club members directing for parking etc. should be a real fun *** day.

Dan, you going to go? Bring that ***** up, lets see how she runs, then give it a little spray of the giggle gas. i would guess that could put you in the head of the pack, the trail side is 1000 feet, pretty sure there isnt going to be much that will touch your sled with gogo on the snow track
WJ, if those sleds you speak of are stock like you say, they dont stand a chance, bring it on baby. Are they really going to make the trip? you should come as well. good times.
there will be some nasty *** sleds there on the ice side!!!!
