Default @#$%^ just backed into my beater!!!

Man, try to come in to my office today and get some work done with nobody around due to the holiday, and i got some stupid bastards redoing the tile in one of my kitchens, next thing i know i get the "uhh is that your grey car?" yup "i just backed into it with the big truck" WTF!!! go outside and he took off the mirror, gouged the pass side fender pretty good, but he wants to pay for it in CASH so off to go get a nice body shop quote then to the junkyard for a new mirror and see about a fender i figure the quote will be good for $500
but thank god this happened to the beater and not the WS6

People hitting your beater can be a gold mine. Let their insurance write you a check for the estimate and then get it done cheaper or do it yourself and pocket the difference. Like he said, more money for parts.

yea we will see, i probably will just get a new mirror and pocket the rest, my ws6 really doesnt need any parts everything is done to it, the only thing left really is to do a bigger motor or rebuild the t56 but everything works fine so no hurry there

Go with the $1500... it's hard to put a price on mental anguish

Tell him you'll give him a deal at $1250 and call it even.
