Yup, apparently the way the law is written here in the state of RI, It is 100% legal... as long as it is indoors

Oh and there are no laws against the other parties involved (pimps, drivers, customers etc.)

RI is going th change the laws to fix the loophole then they will have to make laws against the rest later

Unfrickenbelievable Maybe the ex NY governor should have be governer here !

As I recall it was all nude or topless for a long time and then the city decided to make life miserable for them and came up with a rule that you can't serve alcohol and have naked chicks, so they had to use pasties.
