Default New Forgeline Rims for the Vette!

Finally got everything mounted and balanced. I got to thank David at Forgeline for a set of sweet rims. He recommend the rims for our C6 project car. They are Forgeline VR3P Rims, powder coated gunmetal and chromed lips. 18x9 and 19x10.5. Wrapped them in BFG KWD2 255/40/18 and 295/35/19.

Gives the car a very aggressive stance to it. Have to get under and lower it a little bit. Drove it for a while over the weekend. Very quiet ride, didnt hear any noise from the tires. Little better traction compared to the runflats.

Here are some pictures. Enjoy

Default Rims

I don't think that they look bad, pretty nice actually. I would prefer them on a black car though. Nice rims nonetheless!

a 19/20 combo would probably look real good.

Personally with that style of wheel, they tend to look smaller than they actually are.

Probably lowering the car will help out the look though!

Very nice. Looks much better than the ugly stock rims.

They look pretty good. I would lower it a little. That would set off the look.

X3.

Those rims go well with the silver paint.

I've always been a fan of Forgeline and, in fact, I actually have a discontinued set of polished aluminum 18x9.5" Forgeline RS 5-spokes for my Z28 behind my bed. I'm just too poor right now to buy the tires.

Looks good, I like that color. I think a little bigger would have been better, but they still look great.
